Cosmopolitan Hotel is one of the oldest concrete structure hotels ever built in Cairo, as it goes back to the last century. it is considered as architectural  masterpiece of an extraordinary European style.
The Egyptian General Company for Tourism and Hotels (EGOTH) has intended to fully renovate the hotel preserving its historical value.
