OPC main administration building is a four-storiey building designed on 3,250 m² plot of land.
The building massing and façade details are inspired by  traditional Islamic-Arab architecture, featuring complex mass components, variety of opening shapes and sizes and  modernized Islamic architectural details.
Green building sustainablility measures are considered in the design.
