The Project aimed at developing this strategically located area to provide a social & recreational hub for the city of Suez.
Al Amar developed the master plan to cater for the Client requirements and to include a promenade, multi-purpose halls, restaurants & cafes, seasonal & permanent retail outlets & kindergarten in addition to services & facilities that includes ample parking areas,  piazzas, walkways & shaded sitting areas; all are within lavish landscape & water features.
A great emphasis on environmental aspects & building sustainability is considered in the design.
Soft-scape was designed considering indigenous & water saving  plants with incorporation of natural stones, rocks & gravel mulch.
The buildings design is modern with incorporation of modern forms, construction technology & modern finishing materials.
The terraces breaching the lake area are supported on columns to maintain the water surfaces uninterrupted & to minimize impact on natural site components.
