The renowned  real estate developer OUD invited Al Amar to furnish design services for its new compound in Kattameya, namely, The Baron Compound. It’s a  residential compound consisting of 60 apartment blocks exploiting 9 building prototypes.
The design considers common requirements of Egyptian families and maximum benefit from views & urban open spaces offered by the master plan.
